Payments Received

If a Customer makes a payment that covers more than one invoice, and if you then open a Money Received screen, Solar correctly lists the outstanding invoices for that Customer. However, even when you tick the various invoices you wish to allocate the payment to, Solar still asks you to enter the Amount Received as it only seems to accept the amount of the first invoice you select. Surely, by ticking each of the invoices you wish to allocate the payment to should be sufficient for Solar to accumulate the Amount Received ? [Not a serious problem, but just seems unnecessary]

Hi Alan,

Thanks for the feedback - I can see how that can be annoying. I think it was designed this way because we did not want to 'overwrite' the Amount Received field if the user had typed a figure into it. We'll note this as something we may be able to improve in future.
