Hi on the CIS payments the amount owed to inland revenue does not come up on supplier list to pay, do you have to just remember to pay by going to accounts ? and what is the best way to pay, general transaction ?

You're correct - the amount owed to HM Revenue and Customs doesn't
affect the supplier list - you have to remember to refer to the 'PAYE
and NI Liability' account.
And yes, it's probably simplest to record the payment to HMRC as a
General Transaction (although it's also possible to record it as a
Money Paid Out transaction with VAT Treatment set to 'Out of Scope').
