how do i create these files if i have allocated expenses under the motor expenses needing to be deleted

Hi Andrew,
Rename the Motor Expenses account 'XXX'
2. Create a new Motor Expenses account group
3. Create the sub-accounts under motor expenses
4. View the Account Activity for account XXX, then open each transaction and change the account reference from XXX to the appropriate account.
5. Delete XXX
