We recently purchased solar accounts for our business and will be installing the software on a server.
Could you plese advise if the same company data file can be accessed by two users at the same time. for example one user accessing the server file working from the office site working on invoices and another user working remotely accessing the financil reports within solar?

Sorry no, Solar Accounts is not designed to allow two users to access the same business data simultaneously. You will need to take turns opening the Solar Accounts data file.
