I have downloaded the software and it looks very simple and just what I need, but.....

Invoicing.... I quote ALL my work as a completed job, so the quantity and the unit price columns are not needed. In fact, i really would rather not have them at all. Is it possible to remove these columns or what would you suggest?

I'm sorry to say that Solar Accounts does not allow you to remove columns from the printed invoice. The only option I can suggest is that you can rename the column titles, as described here:

You're welcome! I should have also mentioned that a number of people have asked to make the invoice layout more flexible, so it is currently a high priority for us. However, we can't make promises about future versions of Solar Accounts.
